Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreement

By submitting a reservation, accepting delivery, or making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Rental Terms & Conditions.

2. Rental Period

• The rental period begins upon delivery of the dumpster.
• Additional rental days may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
• If additional rental time is needed, the customer agrees to contact TDT Rentals LLC before the scheduled pickup date.

3. Payment

• Payment is due before delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Additional landfill fees, overweight charges, extended rental fees, or other approved charges will be billed after pickup.
• The customer authorizes TDT Rentals LLC to charge the payment method on file for any additional charges incurred under this agreement.

4. Weight Limits

The maximum loaded dumpster weight is 10,000 pounds.

Additional landfill charges and overweight fees may apply if this limit is exceeded.

Heavy materials require prior approval before loading.

Examples include:

• Concrete
• Dirt
• Roofing shingles
• Rocks
• Brick
• Gravel
• Asphalt

5. Prohibited Materials

The following items are prohibited unless specifically approved by TDT Rentals LLC:

• Tires
• Hazardous waste
• Chemicals
• Paint
• Solvents
• Fuel
• Oil
• Batteries
• Explosives
• Asbestos
• Medical waste
• Propane tanks
• Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal law

TDT Rentals LLC reserves the right to refuse pickup or assess additional charges for prohibited materials.

6. Dumpster Placement

The customer is responsible for selecting a safe location for dumpster placement.

The customer understands that dumpsters are heavy and may cause damage to:

• Concrete
• Asphalt
• Driveways
• Sidewalks
• Grass
• Landscaping
• Septic systems
• Underground utilities
• Irrigation systems

Placement location is selected at the customer’s direction.

7. Property Access

• The dumpster must remain accessible for pickup.
• Blocked, locked, or inaccessible dumpsters may result in additional trip charges.
• The customer grants TDT Rentals LLC permission to enter the property or jobsite at any reasonable time necessary to deliver, inspect, service, or retrieve the dumpster.

8. Loading Requirements

• The customer is responsible for loading the dumpster in a safe manner.
• Materials may extend above the top rails of the dumpster, provided the load can be safely tarped, properly secured, and legally transported without debris or materials falling from the dumpster during transport.
• TDT Rentals LLC has the sole discretion to determine whether a load is safe for transport.
• If TDT Rentals LLC determines that a load is unsafe, unstable, improperly secured, overweight, or otherwise cannot be legally transported, pickup may be refused until the customer removes or redistributes material.
• Additional trip charges or delay fees may apply if a second trip is required.

9. Liability

The customer assumes full responsibility for the dumpster while it is on-site.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Damage to the dumpster
• Damage to driveways
• Concrete
• Asphalt
• Grass
• Landscaping
• Underground utilities
• Septic systems
• Personal injury
• Third-party claims
• Improper loading

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, hold harmless, and release TDT Rentals LLC from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from the delivery, placement, loading, use, or removal of the dumpster.

10. Weather & Delays

Delivery and pickup schedules may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, equipment breakdowns, or other events beyond the control of TDT Rentals LLC.

Every reasonable effort will be made to complete service as scheduled.

11. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Overweight loads
• Landfill fees exceeding included weight
• Extended rental periods
• Dry runs caused by blocked access
• Prohibited materials
• Unsafe loads
• Relocation requests after delivery

12. Photo Documentation

TDT Rentals LLC may photograph the dumpster and surrounding property before delivery and after pickup for documentation and liability purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Rental Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.

14. Customer Acknowledgment

By checking the agreement box on the online booking form, accepting delivery, or making payment, the customer certifies that they:

• Have read these Rental Terms & Conditions.
• Understand these Rental Terms & Conditions.
• Agree to comply with these Rental Terms & Conditions.
• Accept responsibility for all applicable charges and liabilities described herein.
